XRHealth clinicians are XRHealth employees (W-2). And they are covered by the XRHealth liability insurance.

The first video call is typically 45 minutes. You will perform the initial evaluation, assessment, and measurement. According to your findings, you will prescribe the plan of care which can be 5 to 15 minutes. From our experience, patient engagement is so high – patients are so enthusiastic, that you’ll need to instruct them not to overdo it.

Remote monitoring of the patient’s progress can be done whenever the clinician wants and does not require a video call with the patient.

If you have a compatible VR headset then there’s no need to get one from us. You’ll need the VR headset in order to get familiar with the different applications during the training process – so you can experience what your patients will be experiencing. After that, you will not need to use the VR headset when treating patients – your patients will use VR and you’ll get all the data you need to make sure they’re on the right track and getting better.
