XRHealth Financial Policy

  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment in order to avoid incurring charges
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment shall incur a Late Cancellation Fee of $25
  • No-Show Fee: Failure to attend scheduled appointment shall incur a No-Show Fee of $50
  • Copayments: Copayments are due and collectible on the day services are rendered.
  • Payments: All payments must be made by credit card.
  • RETURNED CHECKS will incur a $25.00 service charge.
