Drawing on her professional expertise in sporting injuries and chronic conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis, as well as personal experience of injury, Anna prioritises early and proactive management of aches and pains, and is passionate about helping her clients achieve optimal, pain-free function. She uses a range of modalities including virtual reality rehabilitation systems, exercise rehabilitation, clinical pilates, and education, to ensure that she can offer engaging and client-centred care.
On her days off, Anna loves reading, watching tv, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Maisy.
