Breanna Peralta

Breanna believes that patient education and fun patient specific therapy is the key to treatment and is what leads to superior outcomes.

Breanna Peralta graduated from University of St. Augustine – San Diego in 2015 with a doctorate of physical therapy degree. She moved to Dallas for 3 years and back to San Diego as her husband often transitions between the two bases. Breanna is well rounded and has experience working with pediatric, orthopedic and geriatric patients as a Clinical Supervisor to physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation teams.  Breanna has advanced orthopedic manual therapy certifications for the Spine in addition to an American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiology and Pilates certifications. Her well rounded background guides her treatments and allows for fun exercise programs that utilize biomechanical assessments to help people move better.  Breanna believes that patient education and fun patient specific therapy is the key to treatment and is what leads to superior outcomes. Her clinical interests include neck pain, back pain, SIJ pain, knee pain, ankle pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, post-surgical pain, fall and balance, and injury prevention. She enjoys exercising, and taking dance classes in her spare time.
