My name is Caitlin and am a 2011 graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at UMDNJ. My experience as a physical therapist has varied by setting and population—from treating day one postoperative patients in the hospital, treating involved patient requiring acute rehab, working with deconditioned patients in subacute rehab, helping patients dealing with acute and chronic conditions in home care, to outpatient therapy treating patients with a wide variety of pain, musculoskeletal, neurological, and balance disorders. Although I enjoy treating all patients, my heart belongs to the geriatric population, particularly our military veterans. It only made sense to move into telehealth where I could help those most vulnerable to disease finding themselves stranded at home requiring assistance, but are unable or are too fearful to seek traditional therapy services.  I understand that the transition to telehealth can be daunting and frustrating. I would love to make this process as fun and easy as it can be with patience, humor, and clinical expertise.
