I am a licensed physical therapist with twenty-five years of diverse patient care experience focused on outpatient orthopedics in a variety of settings. I have extensive experience with pre-hab, pre-surgical education, inpatient care, home care, and outpatient follow-up care for total joint replacements. I also have strong knowledge of core strengthening to reduce low back pain. I have had extensive continuing education in evaluation and treatment of the shoulder, the spine, and the lower extremity, and a strong understanding of how emotional trauma can cause physical pain and techniques manage it. (If you want something personal: I am a wife and mother with three grown children and two dogs, and I enjoy spending time with my friends, camping, nature hikes, hanging out with the dogs and I am currently working on my second Masters Degree.)
