Katharine has been a licensed and practicing physical therapist since 2000.  She has experience in various settings from early intervention for preschoolers to rehabilitation in skilled nursing facilities.  Since 2005, she has worked primarily in the specialty of Hand Therapy (orthopedic problems of the shoulder and arm) achieving advanced certification in 2007.  Professional interests include using telerehab to increase people’s functional ability within their everyday environments, brachial plexus injuries and CRPS.  Katharine is also a clinical faculty member of the University of Rochester’s post-professional hand therapy fellowship.  When not working, Katharine enjoys walking with her dogs, reading mysteries and collecting fancy yarn she is totally going to do something with someday!
