I have  a B.S. in Exercise Science from Iowa State University (2005) and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa(2010). I started my career working in a hospital, spending most of my time in the outpatient orthopedic clinics and neuro rehabilitation floor.  I have spent the majority of my professional career working as a Physical Therapist in a small village in Switzerland.  In addition to being a Physical Therapist, I have also worked as a personal trainer, led group fitness classes and helped manage a corporate wellness program.

Hobbies:
I am a lover of all types of endurance sports: trail running, triathlons, gravel biking, and cross-country skiing, to name a few. I also enjoy hiking with my family and traveling to new places.

Personal Life:
I am married with two children, a son and a daughter. We have a sweet dog, Lara, who just turned 1 year old. We moved from Switzerland to Colorado in July of 2019. I am licensed in the states of Iowa and Colorado as a Physical Therapist.
