Laverne graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation Medicine.

Laverne graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation Medicine. She has experience treating clients of all ages in a variety of settings including Inpatient, Outpatient, Mental Health and Home Health and Hospice care. She specializes in Upper/Lower extremity rehabilitation, TBI, MVA, CVA. Spinal Cord Injuries, Low Back Pain, and Medication/Pain management. Engaged in individual and group therapy with clients  diagnosed with depression, dementia, anxiety schizophrenia, ADHD, Autism, Substance Abuse, Personality disorders and GAD. Laverne has a passion for connecting with clients, providing client centered care, and helping clients reach their goal to return to their daily functions with confidence. In her spare time she enjoys road trips and spending time with her family.
